Yes. Business keeps a self-service action to start the plan. Support can help, but it does not replace direct purchase.

Is the professional Laravel backend audit included?

Not as unlimited manual work. Business includes the backend audit flow inside the platform. The deep professional audit by QLAC will be a future additional service.

What about real INP?

QLAC uses Lighthouse as lab measurement and can flag INP risk in that context. Real INP requires RUM and is planned as a future capability.

Do Mobile and Desktop consume one or two measurements?

Running both devices in one action consumes two Lighthouse measurements because they are two separate runs.
